OIL CHANGE TIPS
How a mobile oil change works
You book online, leave us access to the vehicle, and go about your day. About 30 minutes to an hour later you get a text that it's done, with a report of what we found.
1. Book in about a minute
Pick a time online, tell us the year, make and model, and where the vehicle will be parked: your driveway, your office lot or a job site. If you're not sure which oil your car needs, we'll confirm it before we arrive.
2. Leave us access
You don't need to be there. We just need to reach the vehicle and open the hood, so leave the keys somewhere agreed or the car unlocked. A reasonably level spot makes the job quicker.
If you live in an HOA or apartment community, it's worth checking their rules on vehicle maintenance before booking.
3. We change the oil and run the checkup
We put a spill mat down first, then:
- Drain the old oil and replace the filter
- Refill with conventional, blend, full synthetic or diesel-rated oil to your manufacturer's spec
- Check and top off coolant, washer, brake, power steering and transmission fluid
- Set tire pressure and measure tread depth
- Look over the brakes, with photos if anything needs attention
- Load-test the battery
- Scan for stored codes and look up open recalls by VIN
We take the old oil and filter with us for recycling, so your driveway stays the way we found it.
4. Get your report
When we're done you get a text with what we did, what we found and when you're due next. You can see every visit in your customer portal.
What if you find a problem?
We only do oil changes, not repairs. If we spot something worn or leaking, you get photos and our notes, and we connect you with a trusted local repair partner, mobile or shop. Nothing extra happens to your vehicle without your OK.
Ready when you are. Conventional or blend $89, full synthetic $125, diesel $225. Serving Lexington, Irmo, West Columbia, Cayce, Chapin, Gilbert and Red Bank. Monday through Friday 7 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM.
